
Spring salad with tuna
Products:
1 can of Compass tuna in brine
4-5 leaves of green salad
A handful of arugula
3-4 radishes, cut into slices
1 carrot cut into thin strips
2-3 sticks of green onion (optional)
1 teaspoon of sesame
For the dressing:
1/3 teaspoon of grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon of grated garlic
The juice of half a lemon
3-4 spoons of sesame oil
Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. In a large bowl add the tuna, the green salad, the arugula, the carrot, the radish, the green onion (optional) and a little sesame. Stir;
2. In another bowl, mix the ginger, the garlic, the lemon juice, and the sesame oil;
3. Season the salad with dressing and serve immediately;
