Pizza with tuna
Products:
2 cans of Compass tuna in brine
1 pack of pizza dough
Tomato pizza sauce
Olives in slices
1-2 packs of mozzarella
Red onion, sliced
Fresh basil
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Allow the dough to soften at room temperature, knead it well and roll it out over a large piece of baking paper;
2. Transfer the dough together with the baking paper on a large flat tray and smear it with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with olives and put in a preheated oven at 180° C, on the low rheotan. Bake for 10 minutes and take out of the oven;
3. Add pieces of tuna and spread the mozzarella in pieces on top. Put back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted and the dough is baked;
4. Sprinkle the hot pizza with olive oil, onion and fresh basil;
Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
