Wrap sandwich with tuna
Ingredients:
2 Cans of Compass tuna fillet in brine
4 Tortillas
150g of baby spinach
400g of sour cream or yogurt
One tablespoon of mustard
Two tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
Handful of capers, finely chopped
Two-Three tablespoons of walnuts, finely chopped
Salt and pepper for taste
Method of preparation:
1. In a large bowl break up the tuna and then mix it with all other ingredients;
2. Place a little bit of baby spinach in the middle of every tortilla. On the baby spinach, put 2-3 tablespoons of the mix;
3. Roll it up;
Serve on the spot or package for later. And then…ENJOY!
